2. Products

All products sold through our online store are physical goods sourced through our travels across Thailand, Cambodia, Nepal, Indonesia, Morocco and India. Many pieces are one-of-a-kind. Product descriptions and photographs are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour and texture may occur due to the handmade or artisanal nature of our products.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

4. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

5. Payment

We accept payment by credit and debit card via Stripe. All transactions are processed securely. The Soul’s Art does not store any payment card information.

6. Shipping

We ship to Spain and across Europe. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on thesoulsart.com including photographs, text, logos, and design is the property of The Soul’s Art and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Soul’s Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
