At The Soul’s Art we want you to love what you receive.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all original packaging included.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@thesoulsart.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions. Please do not send any item back before contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank first as processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@thesoulsart.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned: earrings and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons), custom or personalised orders, and items marked as final sale.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at contact@thesoulsart.com as soon as possible with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case we will cover the full return shipping cost. For higher value items we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt without proof of delivery.

EU Consumer Rights

As a customer based in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
